Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days of order receipt. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping service selected at checkout. All items are shipped via the method selected by the customer at checkout. Packages leave Symphony Center Tuesday through Friday; thus, any order placed after 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Friday may not leave Symphony Center until the following week.
