Due to impending blizzard-like conditions in the Chicago area beginning Thursday, December 22, the final shipments for December 2022 will be leaving Symphony Center at 4 p.m. CST on Wednesday, December 21. Any orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped from Symphony Center when the Symphony Store reopens after the holidays on January 3, 2023.
The Symphony Store in the Elizabeth Morse Genius Music Lab will be open:
- Wednesday, December 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, December 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Opening and closing times may adjust due to inclement weather. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
The Symphony Store will be closed Friday, December 23, through Monday, January 2, for a short holiday break. During this time, customer support will be available via email only. Please contact symphonystore@cso.org with any inquiries. Phone support will not be available until the Store reopens on January 3.
