Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Packages leave Chicago Symphony Center Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday may not ship until the following week.
