Yes. All apparel sold by the Symphony Store is officially licensed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association. The Symphony Store is the Orchestra's official merchandise destination.
What sizes are available?

It depends on the style. Most T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies come in adult sizes S-2XL, with 3XL-5XL available on select print-to-order items. We also carry a few kids' t-shirts in Youth S-Youth XL. The sizes offered for each item are listed on its product page.
How do I find the right size?

What materials and fabrics are used?

It varies by product. T-shirts are usually 100% cotton, while sweatshirts and hoodies are typically a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend. Other items vary. The exact fabric content for each item is listed on its product page.
Do CSO subscribers and donors receive a discount?

How long does shipping take, and do you ship internationally?

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes about 3-5 days within the continental United States and 5-12 days internationally. Exact estimates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Can apparel be returned or exchanged?

Unused, unopened merchandise in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Gift recipients are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Certain apparel items may be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, including personalized and custom items. Additional exclusions may apply where noted on the product page or at the time of purchase.
